I am in receipt of Your Honour's letter of

this date relative to the proposed Rule of Court altering the

vacations of the Supreme Court. I have as Your Honour con-

-jectures requested the views of the Chamber of Commerce on

the question as to whether the proposal will adversely affect

business. The proposal is a clear one and it does not seem to

me that it needs any further elaboration, but if Your Honour

desires to prepare a fuller statement of reasons I shall be

glad to forward it to the Chamber.
